Training on procurement and agile project management successfully completed

„This course was very well prepared! I think that agile project management is the future and probably the safest way to implement an IT project..." is just one of many positive comments participants gave after attending „Procurement and agile project management of information systems development“  training organized in Sarajevo, December 14th-15th 2015.

This two days training targets public sector and other non-software organizations interested in agile project management of information systems development projects.  

This time we had 18 participants to which we thanks on their engagement and enthusiasm and we wish them a happy journey on their path to agility!

Bosnia Agile Day 2015

Bosnia Agile Day 2015 conference was successfully held in hotel Sarajevo on October 17th, 2015. This is the second annual Agile Conference organized by the Bosnia Agile, innovative non-profit association that aims to promote Agile software development methodologies and agile project management in Bosnia and Herzegovina. 

Participants had the opportunity to listen to 12 international and local speakers from companies such as Intel, Spotify and IBM, as well as participate in interactive workshops. Some of the speakers were: Jorgen Hesselberg, Cliff Hazell, Selma Prodanović, Bart Hufen, Mehmet Yitmen, Anders Sixtensson, Almir Drugović. The conference attracted over 150 participants.

Internet of Things 2015 Conference Successfully Completed

On August 20th 2015. Bosnia Agile organized Internet of Things conference attended by 100+ participants. Internet of Things (IoT) is a key innovation which "feeds" modern companies. IoT systems connects traditional products with wider eco-system and unlock the potential for a new innovative products and services. Smart and affordable "Things" create opportunities for business development which were unimaginable just few years ago. New, dramatic changes happens to business models and creates a world of connected "things". IoT is here to stay and it change everything we know about business applications.

Scrum Masterclass August 2015 edition succesfully completed

On August 14th-15th, 2015, Bosnia Agile organized another session of our „Scrum Masterclass“ training. The goal of this training was first to explain and provide compelling reasons for all the Scrum roles, artifacts, activities and associated rules, and than to discuss possible implementations of the framework based on the experience of both the trainers and participants. We believe we managed to help participants coming from Comtrade, BBI bank, Rubicon, IN2, Loop, Ping, Mistral, Devlogic, RT-RK and Prodess to build their own capacities to innovate the work process in their organizations. We thank them on their enthusiasm, effort, ideas and discussions and we hope we'll extend our cooperation in future. Special thanks goes to Academy387 for proving, yet again, great services!
