Bosnia Agile at MS Network 4

At this year's MS Network 4 conference, organized by Microsoft BiH, Bosnia Agile association delivered lecture.

At the beginning of the lecture, Bosnia Agile Association was presented with its goals, current activities, as well as our plans for the future. Also presented were benefits and value for members of the Association.

In the second part of the lecture, after a brief introduction to the general concepts of Agile and Scrum methodologies, demonstrated the role of the Product Owner in Scrum team. Attendies had the opportunity to learn how the Product Owner needs to lead teams to deliver successful projects, and how this role differers from other roles in Scrum team and what is its fundamental importance.

The lecture was held by Nermin Durmić and Dalibor Parać. Bosnia Agile take this opportunity to thank Microsoft BiH for the invitation to present at their event.

Bosnia Agile at Agile Adria 2014

Adria Agile held its yearly conference from April 6^th till 8^th 2014 at the Tuhelj spa near Zagreb. Conference For number of years, conference is organized by the Agile Croatia Association and certainly this is one of the most important regional events in the field of promotion of agile methodologies.

Some of the names that have held a lecture at the conference are David J. Anderson, Bob Marshall, Jurgen Appello, Rachel Davies, Andrea Provaglio, Russ Miles.

Bosnia Agile thanks to cooperation with the Agile Croatia, our association has had two representatives at the conference, and all of our members have had a discount on the registration fee.

Bosnia Agile Kickoff Retrospective

On Saturday, 22^nd March in Hotel Sarajevo Bosnia Agile Kickoff event was held. There were over 160 software developers and IT experts interested in Agile methodologies.

Main purpose of the event was to mark the founding of Bosnia Agile association and popularization of Agile methodologies in companies and process management with an emphasis on software project management. On this daylong event participants were able to attend a number of interesting lectures and workshops and get introduced into advantages of using Agile methodologies.
