Bosnia Agile Scrum Masterclass is a two day training which provides a full insight in agile product development and concepts and practices defined by Scrum framework. Training is highly interactive and collaborative, delivered in format of lectures, group discussions, exercises, games and simulations in the classroom.

The goal of this training is to provide comprehensive understanding of Scrum theory, backgrounds and motivation for Scrum practice, and explain mechanisms of its practical application in development projects, so that projects are implemented in time, within optimal budget and with customer satisfaction. After this training, trainees will be able to more efficiently practice their role of Scrum Master, Product Owner or a Development team member.

This training will present all knowledge and skills necessary to successfully pass Proffesional Scrum Master I certification exam.
Trainees who pass this exam will get their PSM I certificate which is a leading Scrum certificate in IT industry.

This training is intended for anyone working with Scrum or intending to do so in near future. Training is especially interesting for:

Kemal Bajramović,

Co-Founder, Agile/Scrum trainer at Bosnia Agile 

Kemal is an ICT project manager working at Civil Service Agency of Bosnia and Herzegovina as a Head of Information Technology Group. He has more than 12 years of experience in successfully initiating and implementing information systems in public administration development projects as well as building capacities for e-Government and Agile project management and software development. He has experience in working on projects with European Commission, GIZ, USAID, AECID and other international and local organizations and institutions.

Kemal is also a co-founder of Bosnia Agile, association whose main goal is promotion of lean and agile principles and methods of project management and software development. He is a passionate Bosnia Agile Scrum trainer focusing on both the private sector IT SMEs and public organizations interested in agile project management and information systems development. He has more than 10 years of experience in lecturing on Agile/Scrum, e-Procurement, Public sector ICT procurements and e-Government, both in academia and professionals’ seminars and conferences.

He is Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM), Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO) and Professional Scrum Product Owner™ (PSPO).




dr. Nermina Durmić,

Co-Founder, Agile/Scrum trainer at Bosnia Agile 

Nermina is a Software Product Manager, currently employed in Mistral Technologies. Her primary experience lies in developing customer relationships, analysis and definition of product requirements, leading the product development processes and project teams. Application of Agile Methods in software development stands for her main expertise.

Nermina is also actively involved in academia as she holds a PhD degree in Technical Science in the field of Information Technologies, earned in April 2014. Her research area is in Information Systems (IS) projects development and its success. Nermina’s doctoral work spreads across the project success aspects and critical factors present throughout whole IS project development lifecycle, which easily take a project to success or failure. Application of the project success model during IS project development, which she created and tested, helps IT organizations to decrease a percentage of project failures that they have been facing with. Last but not least, Nermina also identified the most common mistakes made in Agile software development.

As a Bosnia Agile Trainer, in Bosnia Agile association that she co-founded, her main focus is on delivering training sessions and coaching project teams with the aim of their professional development to lean and agile principle and methods.

Nermina is Professional Scrum Master (PSM).
