Bosnia Agile Scrum Masterclass is a two day training which provides a full insight in agile product development and concepts and practices defined by Scrum framework. Training is highly interactive and collaborative, delivered in format of lectures, group discussions, exercises, games and simulations in the classroom.

Following topics will be covered:

The goal of this training is to provide comprehensive understanding of Scrum theory, backgrounds and motivation for Scrum practice, and explain mechanisms of its practical application in development projects, so that projects are implemented in time, within optimal budget and with customer satisfaction. After this training, trainees will be able to more efficiently practice their role of Scrum Master, Product Owner or a Development team member.

BECOME A PROFESSIONAL SCRUM MASTER (PSM I)!
This training will present all knowledge and skills necessary to successfully pass Scrum.org Proffesional Scrum Master I certification exam.
Trainees who pass this exam will get their PSM I certificate which is a leading Scrum certificate in IT industry.

LECTURER

Kemal Bajramović, dipl.ing.el.

Co-Founder, Agile/Scrum trainer at Bosnia Agile 

Kemal is an ICT project manager working at Civil Service Agency of Bosnia and Herzegovina as a Head of Information Technology Group. He has more than 12 years of experience in successfully initiating and implementing information systems in public administration development projects as well as building capacities for e-Government and Agile project management and software development. He has experience in working on projects with European Commission, GIZ, USAID, AECID and other international and local organizations and institutions.

Kemal is also a co-founder of Bosnia Agile, association whose main goal is promotion of lean and agile principles and methods of project management and software development. He is a passionate Bosnia Agile Scrum trainer focusing on both the private sector IT SMEs and public organizations interested in agile project management and information systems development. He has more than 10 years of experience in lecturing on Agile/Scrum, e-Procurement, Public sector ICT procurements and e-Government, both in academia and professionals’ seminars and conferences.

He is Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM), Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO), Professional Scrum Product Owner™ (PSPO), Agile Project Management® (AgilePM) certified and Management of Value® (MoV) certified.

 

LECTURER

dr. Nermina Durmić, dipl.ing.el.

Co-Founder, Agile/Scrum trainer at Bosnia Agile 

Nermina is a notable Product Manager, working with international customers from various industries on developing new products and guiding their business strategy following agile principles. With the aim of promoting agile methods in Bosnian software industry, Nermina co-founded Bosnia Agile Association in November 2013. As Bosnia Agile trainer & coach she participates in many projects and events.

Nermina has also extended her industrial experience with academic research and development by earning a PhD degree in technical sciences in the field of information technologies in April 2014. Her ongoing research focuses on introducing other disciplines in the project management area, aiming to add a new dimension to IS project development. Nermina is a university lecturer and has co-authored a number of published papers.

Travelling is Nermina’s greatest passion and a way to recognize innovation that the world needs.
